1. GENERAL
MODEL GGQH CASING SCRAPER is used to remove sundries that may affect
normal works, such as residual cement and mud of the downhole casing inner wall,
burrs and scales produced during manufacturing process, the bullets set on the wall
produced during sand prevention perforating process, rusts, scales and hard paraffin on
the casing of production well, etc.
2. STRUCTURE AND PRINCIPLE
The structure of casing scraper is shown in Fig. 1.
MODEL GGQH CASING SCRAPER is composed of mandrel, supporting sleeve,
top supporting seat, annular scraper blade, plate spring, down supporting seat, fixing
sleeve, down scraper blade, wearing ring, adjusting ring, spline body, locknut and down
sub. According to the dirt thickness of the casing inner wall, annular scraper blade and
down scraper blade can stretch inside and outside so as to scrape the dirt. Meanwhile,
scraper blade and mandrel can rotate mutually and the spline auxiliary connection lies
between mandrel and the spine body which can transmit the torque from top to bottom
