1. General :

The jar tester is a kind of hydraulic tester which can be used to test tensile performance and pressure performance for jars, shock absorbers and accelerators as well as to test the connection strength , it is therefore regarded as an important testing equipment in petroleum industry. Our company manufacture this jar tester based on the advanced technology from the same equipment domestic and abroad as well as combination with the actual situation and characteristic of petroleum industry in China. With advantages such as easy and smooth operation;large tonnage of push-pull, high safety performance.
2. Structure
1). Structure
Made of two main systems: Testing and hydraulic control systems as shown in structure diagram.
(1)The testing section is made of protective rack body, pulling car ,cylinder-head car, hydraulic cylinder

(2)Hydraulic controlled section is mainly made of control table and power station ,in which, control table is made of all special torque gauge , manual change-over valve, overflow valve, control ;Power station is made of motor, oil pump, coupler, oil-return filter, oil-tank.Connections for all parts are hard tube or high pressure rubber tubes,structure is shown in fig. below

2).Working principle
From working principle of hydraulic system ,we can see that the power source of jar tester is supplied by hydraulic power produced from plunger
pump driven by motor. The hydraulic power is passed by change-over valve and control valve to oil cylinder, then passed to tool by mechanical
connecting to ensure tools are pulled and pressured , the pulling force and pressure are shown from instrument panel on the control table.
