Product Description

Mud cleaner is the second or third stage separation equipment of drilling liquid, which will handle the solids particle after being treated by the first grade separation equipment. The mud will be recovered and cuttings which are bigger than mud will be removed. Then the drilling cuttings in the underflow will flow into circulation tanks through the screens when the weighted mud passes while the particles that are bigger than mesh will be removed.l

 1.Integrated desander, desilter, and shale shaker into one body, smaller size;
2.Selected high-chromium-iron lined polyurethane or pure polyurethane, guaranteeing long service life of cyclones;
3. High-manganese alloy steel made screen box, with high strength, lengthening the service life;
4. Adopted international brand vibration motor, Martin or OLI motor;
5. Shaker box undergoes thermal treatment, with heavy anti-corrosive coating, long service life guaranteed;
6. High G-force vibration strength (adjustable), able to be used to separate high specific-gravity mud that has high viscosity;
7. Plate tension and wedge are both available for screen fixation;
