The hydraulic release joint is an important part of the operating pipe string. It can release the pipe string tool string at a predetermined position by dropping a steel ball of a certain size in the pipe string, and disengage from the lower end tool, so as to achieve safe release of the pipe string without moving the pipe string. The cross-embedded design of the upper and lower joints can transmit torque. The hydraulic release joint is mainly composed of the upper and lower parts of the release hand. The upper part is mainly the part of the release hand joint with the ball seat, which is connected to the pipe string; the lower part is the lower joint of the release hand with the slip anchor part, which is connected to the sand flushing valve, motor and other tools. The ball is dropped from the continuous tubing, and the steel ball finally stops on the ball seat in the hydraulic release hand to form a sealing piston surface. Through ground pressure, the piston goes down to cut the shear pin in the hydraulic release hand, and the slip sleeve goes down. Due to the special design of the slip, the release hand joint can be separated from the slip. The release pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the number of shear pins. The release hand joint, ball seat and steel ball are recovered after the release, leaving a standard "GS" type inner salvage neck for the next salvage operation.
