Description:
The full round casing scraper features a simple one-piece spindle design that is durable and easy to operate and maintain. This scraper has 50% more surface area than any other tool on the market. A full circle of blades are spaced apart and contact the casing surface 600° (almost two full circles) at a time.The scraper is short and compact, and it also has a long taper on the blade to get through seams without hanging. The scrapers can be operated vertically or rotary and run on the drill pipe.
Bowen full round casing scrapers can be used to adjust 2 3/8in. casing to 13 3/8 in casing.
Casing scraper is one of auxiliary tools in well completion, testing and downhole working, It is mainly used for cleaning cement, sand, residual bullets, rag, and otherobjects on casing inner surface, in order to keep casing inner surface cleaning and the drilling tools working normally.
It is one kind of new type casing scraper, not only as general fixed casing scraper, but also used as a rotating type structure casing scraper. If as a fixed casing scraper, as long as increase adjustable pad locates in upper sub to make it non-rotate, otherwise decrease adjustable pad. It will be used as a rotating casing scraper.
