Desander is a secondary solid control system used to treat drilling fluid. It is divided into cyclone sand remover and cyclone mud remover based on the diameter of the cyclone. Generally, a combination of cyclones with a diameter of 8 inches or more is called a desander. The commonly used cyclones are 8 inches, 10 inches, and 12 inches, which are mainly used to separate drilling fluids with a particle size of 47-76 μ Solid phase particles of m. According to the size of the processing capacity required by the customer, select several sets of cyclones to combine into a desander.
