All materials of Sucker Rod BOP are alloy steel forgings, which are nickel and phosphorus plated. The cavity is oval structure, and the stress state is reasonable; The product is light in weight, low in height, small in size, flexible in operation and convenient in use; The upper and lower sealing cavities are compact in structure. The locking lead screw adopts double headed left handed trapezoidal thread, which reduces the shut in time and the number of turns
The BOP is mainly composed of the main casing, two ram assemblies moving in opposite directions in the main casing, side doors, pistons, pull rods, screw rods and other parts. When well sealing is required, start the hydraulic control system. The hydraulic oil enters the closing chamber of the BOP oil cylinder by closing the oil circuit, pushing the two rams to move toward the center of the wellbore. The well can be opened by the combined action of the inner sealing rubber core and the top sealing rubber core. When the hydraulic oil enters the opening chamber of the oil cylinder through the opening oil circuit, the oil pressure pushes the ram backward to open the well.
