The jar test bench is a special equipment for testing the performance of various drilling jars. It is used to test whether the jar performance is reliable and to ensure effective jamming when drilling tools have problems!
The jar test bench is mainly composed of two parts: the operating system and the main frame system.
1. Operating system
A. Power part: composed of motor, plunger pump, coupling and base;
B. Hydraulic part: composed of oil tank, integrated block assembly, hydraulic valve assembly and oil pipeline;
C. Control part: composed of operating lever, pressure regulating valve, display, software, etc.
2. Main frame system
It is composed of channel steel welded frame, push-pull cylinder and connecting mechanism.
