Composite fracturing bridge plugs can be used for temporary and permanent plugging of oil, gas and water layers. Specifically, they can be used in production well sealing, water plugging, fracturing, acidizing and other construction.
Composite fracturing bridge plugs are designed for multi-layer fracturing of horizontal and vertical wells. They are very important products in shale gas exploration and development. The non-metallic design of composite fracturing bridge plugs greatly saves grinding and milling time.
Its principle is to use the thrust generated by the sealing tool (cable or tubing transmission hydraulic pressure) to act on the upper slip, and the tension to act on the shear joint. The upper and lower cones are used to apply two forces of pressure and pull to the sealing rubber tube. Within a certain range of tension, the upper and lower slips of the bridge plug are broken and embedded in the inner wall of the casing, and the rubber tube expands and seals to complete the sealing. When the tension continues to rise and reaches a certain value, the shear pin is pulled off, the sealing tool is separated from the bridge plug, and this process is completed.
After relevant perforation and other work is carried out, the well delivery tool is pulled out and the composite material ball is put in. After the ball is seated, fracturing construction can be carried out on the upper layer of the bridge plug.
