Hydraulic tubing anchor is a type used to anchor oil pipes to straighten and anchor continuous oil pipe working strings. By ground pressure, back pressure is generated in the tool, which acts on the cone mechanism, causing the slip to anchor on the inner wall of the oil pipe. Once anchored, it can withstand significant axial loads.
After pressure relief, the slip of the hydraulic oil pipe anchor will automatically retract. When the pipe string moves to another place that needs to be anchored, it can be re anchored to the oil pipe by ground pressure, and can be resealed as needed.
