The Casing Roller repairs and restores dented,collapsed, or buckled tubing or casing of anysize and weight to its original inside diameter
and roundness.
The Casing Roller is composed ofa mandrel with eccentric roll surfaces, three heavy-duty, precision ground rollers, a nose
cone, and rugged ball bearings. Special wear resistant alloy steels are used in the manufacture of the tool. The rollers are hardened to improve their wear resistance. The rollers are secured to the mandrel by the nose cone that is retained by rugged ball bearings. Circulation capabilities are provided by a through bore.
Casing Rollers can be redressed with larger size rollers to restore larger size casing. The casing roller can be used in right-hand or lefthand rotation and can be ordered with either right- or left-hand connections. Special nose cones can be ordered with a tool joint connection so that lower stinger assemblies can be run if desired.
