Each non-magnetic product is measured by Dr. Foerster Magnetoscop magnetic instruments to determine relative permeability and magnetism
Field gradient.
We will provide the magnetic field gradient (hotspot) curve for each product.
Magnetic performance requirements:
Relative magnetic permeability: ≤ 1.005
Magnetic field gradient (hotspot): ± 0.05 µ T
• Non destructive testing
Ultrasonic testing:
We will conduct ultrasonic testing on the entire length of each non-magnetic product.
Penetration testing:
We will conduct penetration testing on the entire length of each non-magnetic product.
• Corrosion resistance performance
-Intergranular corrosion test:
Resistance to intergranular corrosion cracking: Each non-magnetic forged steel rod has been tested in accordance with the latest version of ASTM A 262, methods A and E Testing.
