Audited Supplier The function of the air bag capsule on the mud pump is to use the volume of the air bag itself to continuously store and compensate the liquid discharged to a part of the pump in the pipeline to reduce the passiveness due to the pumped liquid. When the instantaneous displacement of the mud pump increases above its average displacement, the instantaneous pressure in the discharge line rises, and the gas volume in the air bag is compressed.
As the inhalation process is repeated, the air bag capsule is continuously pressed and stored alternately, and the flow velocity in the suction tube is automatically adjusted, thus plays the role of balancing the displacement and pressure in the pipeline.
