Oilwelll Drilling Use Emergency Unloading Valve(Safety Valve)
Emergency unloading valve (safety valve) is a direct acting self resetting valve. Its release mechanism is a spring-loaded ball and ball seat structure. When the pressure exceeds the set value, it will overflow automatically, so as to realize the automatic protection of personal safety and high-pressure system. The top adjusting bolt can adjust the release pressure from 35MPa to 140 MPa. It can be installed on high-pressure fluid control pipelines with maximum working pressure of 105Mpa or 140MPa, reciprocating piston pumps, pressure vessels and other equipment requiring overpressure protection. When the pressure in the system exceeds the preset value, open the valve by relying on the pressure of the system itself; When the pressure decreases, the valve closes automatically.
