1. This make and break unit adopts cylinder clamping and the continuousrotation is driven by hydraulic motor. lt clamps once during one make-upprocess, leaving one gripping mark on the surface of the pipe.
2.Automatic control of stepless speed change: The displacement of thehydraulic system is automatically controlled by the computer according tothe set torque value. With the increase of the torque value, the displacementof the system will automatically track down, and when the torque valuedecreases, the displacement of the system will automatically track up, so asto achieve fast make-up, slow screwing torque
3.High precision synchronous motor ensures the cylinders of completelysynchronized clamping
4. Auxiliary feeder is available for the make-up and break-out of pipes with sizeof12 M, 0406.
5.Auxiliary feeder comes with 4 sets of axial spinning roller and a centralheight adjusting device.
6.The electrical control system and hydraulic system are combined to ensurestepless adjustment of the rotary speed of the power tong within 0.5r/min ~8r/min.
7. Dies of 2%'~ 22' can be conveniently replaced though the pin on the jawplate
8. This make and break unit allows for the make-up and break-out operationsof eccentric workpieces, with a maximum eccentric distance of 100mm.
9. The backup tong is designed as floating type to ensure that the pipe is infree floating state during the make and break operation

Q:How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email or social media like WhatsApp on the order detail or place order on line.

A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.

A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.
Q: What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
Q: How do you deal with defective products received by the clients?
A: If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
