Torque control system is paired with hydraulic power tongs for real-time monitoring of make-up torque of tubular connections. This ensures that the makeup torque of pipe connections is controlled within the range recommended by APT standards. It prevents gluing and tube damage caused by over-torquing in making-up the connections so as to meet the strict standards and requirements of pipes downwell. The torque control system consists of a touch LED display, power adapter, torque sensor, electromagnetic dump valve, etc. It features simple structure and low fault rate, suitable for anti-explosion applications.
