Product Description

 The exploitation of many oil fields at home and abroad has reached the middle and late stage, and the recovery of old wells and the treatment of accident wells are gradually increasing. As the main means to solve the problem, windowing and sidetracking technology has been widely used. Conventional deflector windowing needs to lower the deflector and windowing twice. The operation is complex and the construction cost is high. The integrated deflector realizes the completion of tool lowering and windowing construction at one time, shortens the construction cycle and saves the construction cost. The integrated hydraulic deflector developed by our company has the characteristics of simple operation, firm seat seal and short window opening time. The integrated hydraulic deflector consists of two parts: deflector and window milling taper. 1, Whipstock The deflector adopts hydraulic seat sealing method, which is firmly anchored and easy to operate. The inclined plane adopts an arc structure and is super hardened. When opening windows, the milling cone and the inclined plane have a high degree of coincidence, and the WOB is easy to control, reducing the phenomenon of drill hold and skip. Special pressure transmission structure is adopted inside the tool, which is safe and reliable; The self-locking mechanism is more perfect, and the axial and circumferential self-locking is adopted, which greatly improves the reliability of the tool. 2, Window milling taper The windowing milling cone is used together with the deflector to complete the windowing operation in the casing. In terms of design, the shape of the tool, the angle of the cutting edge and the selection of alloy blocks are optimized. The processed windowing milling cone integrates windowing and window repair, which improves the construction speed and shortens the construction cycle.
