Product Overview

The DYQ-150 high-temperature directional short joint consists of a three-axis fluxgate magnetometer and a three-axis accelerometer. The coordinate system composed of six sets of sensors can calculate wellbore inclination, tool surface, and azimuth angle. In order to maintain high accuracy in the entire temperature range of the system, we used high-performance magnetometers and accelerometer sensors, both of which have temperature compensation. This enables the system to achieve a wellbore deviation of ± 0.1 °, tool surface accuracy, and azimuth accuracy of ± 0.5 ° throughout the entire temperature range.
This short joint can transmit its own working temperature, as well as the output of each magnetometer and accelerometer, or the calculated wellbore inclination, tool surface, and orientation.
