Piston rod is the main parts, which connect mud pump power end and hydraulic end. The material is 42 CrMo. We can provide piston rods with various kinds of specifications of F series, 3NB series, PZ series, and others.
The piston rods, pony rods(extension rods) and clamps are made of premium quality, heat treated alloy steel 40Cr.
The surfaces of pony rods are Chrome plated and polished to mirror-like finishes.
Piston rods are the main parts which connect the power end and fluid end of drilling mud pump.
The rod clamps are made of premium quality alloy steel. They are machined to ensure perfect alignment and tight grip of piston rods and pony rods.

Piston Rod use high strength alloy steel and after heat treatment,it appear with high strength, non-deforming and corrosion resistant.
Extension Rod is the important part for pump transmit power from the power end to the fluid end. The extension rod is made by high-quality structural alloy steel with specified technology, after heat treatment, the extension rod appear with high mechanical performance, very smooth surface, wear resistant and corrosion resistant after heat treatment and chrome plating.
