Product Description

Our shale shaker screen can be also divided into the following types according to the structures:

 

1.Hook strip FLAT screens
Hook strip flat screens are the series applied most widely at present. These products can be fit for all kinds of shale shakers that use the hook strip flat screen. This screen panel is constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessary rubber plugs may be inserted to the rips or tears of the screen. By doing this, we can cut down time and the production cost. We can supply hook strip flat screens with mesh sizes ranging from 12 to 275.
2.wave screens
wave screens are the replacement products of flat screens. The effective area is 125% to 150% of flat screens. Without changing the construction of shakers, the using of the wave screens can improve the quality of drilling fluid and increase the production.
We can supply wave screens with mesh sizes ranging from 60 to 250.
3. STEEL FRAME screens
Steel frame screens are mostly applied to the shale shakers with wedge fastening equipment. The screen frames adopt that high-strength square steel tube welded to multi-ribbed construction. They are sturdy and reliable. These screens are constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessary rubber plugs may be used to repair rips or tears. By doing this, we can cut down time and reduce the production costs. We can supply steel frame screens with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 250.
4.Hooks trip SOFT screens
Hook strip soft screens are used in the early shale shakers. The screen panel is stuck with two stainless steel layers together. These products have low prices and are used conveniently.
