Hydraulic bucking unit

premium thread tubing/casing coupling bucking unit is the special equipment applier to the processing of premium thread oil pipe.I t is also applied to the coupling screw of the premium thread such as FOX, NK3SB,VAM,BGT as well as the API thread .

The floating backup tong is able to inspect the make-up torque precisely and display the torque of inflection point clearly during the make-up process. It changes speed automatically during the make-up process and the low rotation speed is lower than 5r/min. It is thus applied to the processing demand of premium threads.
