Oil drilling sand control wire wrap screen pipes

The wire-wrapped screen consists of a perforated base pipe, screen drum and connector. The screen drum is formed by conducting wrapped welding of the trapezium wire, triangle wire or wrapped wire in special shape on a group of supporting wire (rid) which is arranged in circumferential form. Welding of wrapped wire and supporting rid is the all-process type one to ensure strict continuous integrity of a product, making it form an ideal seam size and possess the maximum performance of high pressure bearing.
