MUD PUMP BIMETAL LINERS
External liner:is forged in #45 steel,with tension strength >610MPa,yield strength >450MPa,percentage elongation >17%,and hardness HB180-200.made in highly quality carbon steel through one-step hot press molding process. the tension strength of external liner is over 900000psi.
Internal liner is made in high chromium cast iron through centrifugal casting process,with the annealing hardness HRC ≤40m,and quenching hardness HRC60-67.
