The oil cementing reaming guide shoe is a key component in oil cementing operations. It is mainly installed at the bottom of the casing string and plays a guiding role in the process of casing entering the wellbore. Its functions include helping the casing to smoothly enter the predetermined wellbore position and preventing the casing from scratching the wellbore wall or deviating from the predetermined trajectory during the entry process.
The reaming guide shoe also has a certain reaming function. When the casing encounters uneven wellbore walls or shrinkage during the casing entry, the reaming action can be used to expand the wellbore to ensure that the casing can pass smoothly.
1. The eccentric design of the guide head facilitates the guiding of the pipe string through irregular well sections;
2. Aluminum material, PDC drillable;
3. Effectively covers the entire wellbore during rotation and eye-marking, which can prevent the formation of gas grooves during cementing operations;
4. A one-way float valve can be built in, with a reverse pressure resistance of 35MPa and a temperature resistance of 204ºC.
