  HDD Hydraulic Breakout Tong for Drill Pipe

 

Hydraulic power chain pliers, equipped with an electric high-pressure hydraulic pump station installed on the main machine, with one main tong and one backup tong each. Each tong is equipped with a chain and one clamping oil cylinder, increasing or decreasing chain links and increasing the clamping diameter range of drilling tools. The main pliers are equipped with a push-pull and screw off oil cylinder. Twisting drill includes drill bits, downhole hammers, screw drills, core tools, drill rods, drill collars, casings, etc. Compact in structure and easy to operate, it can be used on drilling platforms to lift and unscrew drill pipes, drilling tools, drill collars, drill bits, and other components. It can be installed on platforms with or without wheels, making it easy to unscrew various threaded drilling tools on drilling sites or in workshops.
