The DDM34 "mud tank magnet is a specially designed iron removal device for removing ferromagnetic debris from petroleum drilling mud or other geological exploration drilling processes. It can effectively remove ferromagnetic impurities in drilling mud, improve the quality of drilling mud, and increase drilling speed.

At present, the mud tank magnet series products can meet the requirements of DERRICR, BRANDT, JSS (U S. The installation requirements for imported brand vibrating screens such as SSS (U.S.A) and all domestic vibrating screens are to remove ferromagnetic impurities from the drilling mud during the separation of drilling fluid by the vibrating screen.

The mud tank magnet consists of a body and a fixed bracket, all made of stainless steel material. The body is divided into two layers, and iron filings can be adsorbed on both the top and bottom of each layer. The body adopts imported magnets, which have the characteristics of strong adsorption capacity, large adsorption area, and long service life, and are currently the magnets with the best adsorption capacity. The installation method is to hang the fixed brackets on both sides of the mud tank magnet in the mud with four 500mm stainless steel chains.
