Product Description

 

Our piston is a premium solid bonded piston engineered for today's harsh drilling environments. It has higher temperature resistance, superior resistance to tear, abrasion and extrusion, and it increases run times even at pressures up to 7,500 psi. This piston is manufactured from a highly engineered elastomeric compound. It delivers increased toughness, and is capable of operating in fluid temperatures up to 230°F (110°C) while maintaining high mechanical properties. The piston offers superior performance at a moderate price, resulting in reduced cost per pumping hour.

 

BOMCO F Series Triplex Piston Mud Pump Assembly are made from 40Cr forgeing steel, which have been processed by heat treatment.
The piston rubber are made from special acryonitrile - butadiene rubber, it has superior performance at oil resistance, heat resistance,water resistence.The bottom adapt fiber fabric fabric to strengthen tensile strength, high wear resistence and extend service life.
Our products are highly complying with API standard, it keep good performance in various conditions, and it is interchangeable with other API standard piston, and easy to fit out and change

1) Our piston rubbers are strictly manufactured according to API Standard, which with a high performance

in various well drilling environment. The hub is forged from high quality steel, and the piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds which are of heat, oil and water resistance.

It is interchangeable with all other API standard designed pistons.

 

2) Bonded Urethane Pistons dramatically extend service life in triplex pumps with ample water cooling. Harder, more dense polyurethane construction provides superior resistance to abrasive

fluids providing optimum service life in harsh drilling conditions. It is interchangeable with piston with replacement rubbers.
