Cup Type Tester is a tool for pressure test in casing string or to prevent stack, after casing installation is over and well top equipment are fixed, the stopper is reliable and convenient to use, when pressure is tested in casing string or to prevent stack. The stopper cup is made of special rubber with high quality and is able to bear 68.6MPa pressure.

The stopper consists of mandrel, stopper cup, stopper cup collar, connector and sealing ring(figure).

The stopper cup is extruded out of shape with its going into casing and so is able to bear pressure. Concavity of the stopper cup is able to bear pressure. Concavity of the stopper cup is able to bear one-way pressure. And the higher pressure, the better sealing ability.
