Product Description

Our F series mud pump are designed and manufactured on the basis of American Emsco F series mud pump strictly according to America Petroleum Institution API 7K Standard. All of its expendable parts are interchangeable with any other spare parts produced according to API standard. Therefore it is easy to repair and maintain international.

 

Manufactures and distributes mud pump fluid end expendables and spares for almost all popular pump models used around world.

The pump model includes Emsco, Garden Dever, National Oilwell, Wirth, OPl, Wilson,and IDECO.

than those made of more commonly used alumina ceramic liner.

Advantages:

Zirconia ceramic liner has three important property advantages compared to alunina ceramic liner - Zirconia exhibits better impact strength.
- Zirconia is harder than alumina.
-Zirconia can be honed to finer surface finishes than alumina. Finished to 4 RMS,the zirconialiners provide a surface finish
that's three to four times finer than alumina. All three of these property advantages translate to lower ownership costs. The improved wear directly extends the service life of the sleeve, while the improved impact strength cuts down on the significant costs of replacing broken liners in the field. The surface finish improvements, meanwhile, have an indirect effect.
The finer surface finish means less friction with the elastomer-and-metal pump pistons, which in trun extends piston life and reduces pump-cooling requirements.

2	Bi-metal Liner	It combines a forged wear-proof outer sleeve and a wear resistant and corrosion resistance inner sleeve with high chromium iron. After heat treatment, high chrome iron inner sleeve can reach a hardness of HRC≥61~64. It's warmly welcomed by many oil-fields at home and abroad.	1. High temperature- resistance, high strength, High thermal ratings and high hardness. 2. Reduced the cost of shipment, maintenance, labor and storage in the drilling works.
3	Mono-metal Liner	Carbon layer's quenching thickness of inner bore reaches 1.5-1.8mm and hardness 58-60HRC	1.  Have characteristics of high hardness, high corrosion resistance, free of deformation and best surface finish
